My quads, back, triceps, and the front of my deltoids were super sore from the workouts from the last two days so I thought it best not to do any crossfit today. I stuck with a total of about half an hour of yoga, and I tried to do some thrusters because I’d been really pumped about doing Jackie (the workout). My legs ended up being too tired, though. :(

I OFFICIALLY SUCK AT POSTING AND RECORDING TIMES AND ALL THAT.
I needed a quickie yesterday so this is what I did:
50 hang cleans
75 push press
100 back squats
all with an empty barbell.
